Dispatch & Delivery Information
We aim to have all orders processed within 24 hours of order confirmation being received. Where possible items that are eligible for Next Day Delivery will be shipped the same day as long as the order is successfully placed before 11am.
Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday), any orders placed on Friday after 11am will beprocessed on the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that we can not provide specific delivery instructions to our couriers. Our shipping system is mostly automated and the delivery companies we use do not accept additional delivery instructions from ourselves. If you are not available on the day of delivery it may be possible to adjust the delivery using the specific Couriers app which can be downloaded on most smartphones. You will receive a text or email on the day of delivery providing options if you are not available. (Not available for all couriers)
We offer Free Economy Postage on all orders over £19, with the option of Next Day Express delivery upgrade on most products.(with the exception of rods, these are on a 48 hour service)
All Free postage is based on an economy parcel service with estimated delivery to be within 4 - 7 working days.

Please include the order number and delivery address used for the order and one of our team will be able to look into this for you and aim to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible.
We use the following Postal and Courier methods, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DHL. All Couriers will deliver on weekdays only (Monday - Friday), with the exception of the Royal Mail postal who do deliver on Saturday Mornings.
We do offer postal upgrades Click the Checkout button and a list of postage upgrade options will be displayed prior to checkout.
Please note most or our items arrive quicker than the estimated delivery times. However if your item is required for a specific purpose and is of an urgent nature please don't rely on your items arriving before the estimated delivery times stated. We highly recommend using one of the express services on offer to avoid disappointment.
Rods and Lines relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ensure your delivery arrives on time, there can be occasions when the couriers let us down and do not deliver within the specified delivery time. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Rods and Lines will not refund any delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.
Please note. Once an order has been placed, no amendments or changes can be made to the order or the delivery address, this does not affect your rights to return an unwanted product for a refund.
