FAQ's

1. Are you open to the public? - Yes we have 4500 sq ft Store open 6 day's a week.

2. Do you sell Live Bait? - Yes we sell fresh maggots daily, Maggots, Pinkies, Worms, frozen dead bait, Castors are to order.

3. Do you sell Online? - Yes we have our own website with over 60 brands listing 9000 products.

4. Can you order a product in I can't see on your Website or In-Store? - Yes if we deal with that particular Brand and they still do the product it can be ordered in for you.

5. What are you Opening Hours? - Normal Hours are 8.30am - 5pm Mon - Sat - Sunday we rest. (Winters hours Nov - Feb differ slightly see our Contact us page)

6. How can I Find you? - See location Map under Shop In-Store - Find us Tab on this site. We are on George Rd, opposite Contract Flooring.

7. If the Gates are shut how do I gain access - Normally we will see you on the CCTV and open the gate, should there be a delay, there is a number on the board by the gate to call 01527 873212 - we will open the gate for you. We are Open 6 days a week.

8. Do you welcome all Anglers of any ability? - Yes we welcome all ability's from the Beginner to a Match Winner.

9. Do you offer advice? - Everyone is welcome to pop in, even if it's for some advice or a fishing chat, there is no obligation to buy.

10. Do you do Rod repairs? - We don't do Rods repairs in House yet. If you have purchased a product from us and it's does need a Repair or Service we can send this off for you if that particular manufacturer offers a repair service. Shimano and Daiwa both have repair centres in this country and can do repairs and servicing to some Reels and Rods, please contact us for more details.

11. I've purchased On Line from you how can I track my delivery? - You will be sent a Tracking number by email when your product is dispatched. Products ordered before 12pm are dispatched the same working day.

12. Do you stock everything that's on your Website? - Yes we do, everything you see showing in stock we have in our shop or warehouse. We never advertise something we don't have.

13. Can I pre-order a New Item coming out soon? - Yes you can, please contact us directly and we would be happy to assist you.

14. My Item hasn't arrived, what should I do? - All our parcels have tracking, we will be notified when it's been delivered. It's advisable to give it a fews days longer if you have not purchased a priority shipping service. All our Free shipping items are sent 2nd Class Royal Mail (Most of our parcels do arrive within a fews days by this method). NOTE Royal Mail have had some tough times recently with Covid and Staff shortages so delays have happened, we have no control over this. If there is a delay rest assured it will arrive. Please contact us after 10 days if you are concerned.

15. I have a faulty Item, what should I do? - Most of the items we sell do come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty. Please contact us or come into the shop and we'll advise how we can get a replacement for you quickly. Note Warranty's do not extend to Bait and Terminal Tackle.

16. I want to return an unwanted item -No problem we offer a No Quibble 30 day returns policy. All we ask is that the product is unused and returned with the original undamaged product packing so we can re-sell the product.
