Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our order cut off point for same day processing is 11am. If your order is placed after 11am on a Friday or during a public holiday it will be processed the next working Day. We aim to have orders processed the same day but during busier periods within 24 hours.

Unfortunately we can not provide specific delivery instructions to our couriers. Our shipping system is mostly automated and the delivery companies we use do not accept additional delivery instructions from ourselves. If you are not available on the day of delivery it may be possible to adjust the delivery using the specific Couriers app which can be downloaded on most smartphones. You will receive a text or email on the day of delivery providing options if you are not available. (Not available for all couriers)

Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or amendments to an order once it has been placed. This is purely down to the security that payment providers offer to protect both buyers and sellers.

We offer a range of delivery options where possible to suit all of our customers needs. Some items are only eligble for Free economy delivery service but where possible we can sometimes offer Express delivery on certain items.


Express delivery items usually arrive within 1-2 days depending on the size of the item.


Free Economy delivery items usually arrive within 4-7 business days.

We understand it is disappointing when items don't arrive on time and we are here to help. The couriers we use set out a timetable for us to adhere to when sending items to give chance for any delivery delays or issues. Due to this we must allow a certain amount of time to pass before we can open any investigations with them.


Express Delivery: If you have not received this after 3 business days.


Free Economy Delivey: If you have not received this after 10 business days.


If the times above have passed since you placed your order or received a dispatch confirmation email please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Not to worry, some items do not dispatch the same day from our shipping facility. Rest assured the item will be delivered to you within the time frame for the advised delivery options that you can see in the "When can I expect my order?" section.
